Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations & Payment

Full payment (100% of the total stay value) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date: full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date: the full reservation amount (100%) is non-refundable.

We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes to your plans.

3. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.

4. Late Check-in Policy

Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

For late arrivals, the following fees apply:
• Between 21:00 and 00:00: €15
• Between 00:00 and 06:00: €25

Late check-in fees are payable on arrival in cash or by bank transfer.

Please note that we do not have a key box. A member of our team will be present to welcome you upon arrival.

5. Liability

Monte Loureiro is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are responsible for the safety of children at all times, particularly around the pool and playground areas. Use of shared facilities (kitchen, BBQ, pool) is at the guest's own risk.

6. House Rules

All guests are required to comply with our House Rules, provided separately at check-in and available on request. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or early termination of the stay without refund.

7. Force Majeure

Monte Loureiro is not liable for failure to fulfil a reservation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions, extreme weather).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Portuguese courts.
