House Rules — Good to Know

Check-in & check-out

Check-in 3 PM – 9 PM · Check-out by 11 AM

Arriving later? Please let us know in advance. Late arrival is possible for a fee: 9 PM – midnight €15, midnight – 7 AM €25.

Gate access

The gate is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. Arriving outside these hours? Let us know in advance and we'll arrange access.

Registration

We register every guest on arrival – please have your ID card or passport ready. The main booker must be at least 18.

Rooms & bathrooms

None of our rooms has a private bathroom. The bathrooms are shared – please leave them as you would like to find them. There is no daily room service. Bed linen and towels are included.

Quiet hours

We kindly ask for quiet from 10 PM to 8 AM, indoors and outdoors, out of respect for fellow guests and the peaceful spirit of Monte Loureiro.

Pets

Guests' pets are not allowed.

Shared spaces

Kitchen, barbecue, TV room and outdoor areas are shared and free to use during your stay. Please clean and put away what you use, and treat them – and the next guest – with care.

Pool

Open 9 AM – 9 PM. No glass at the pool – plastic cups are available. Use of the pool is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on site. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times.

Care & responsibility

Please take good care of the house, garden and equipment. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay – let us know right away if anything is damaged or not working.
